| Are we allowed to reply to NPCs to say yes or no, to agree to terms? Or does this use up our letter? |

Can you please clarify for me when turns start and begin, I am extremely confused.
Do they start on Monday and End Friday? Or something else? |

... Kind of. Other campaigns use the midweek for reporting, and the weekend for calculating. However, with how I built the campaign engine, calculating the turn and updating the map takes about 10 seconds. I don't need the entire weekend for that .
So I decided to give people some extra time to report in the weekend. |
